I quit smoking by converting to vaping. I had a hard time until I took my nicotine dosage up higher than cigarettes. Then my addiction wanted the vape more than the cigarette, and cigarettes just weren't doing it for me. So then every time I went and bought juice, I got a slightly lower dosage of nicotine until finally it was 0. I thought I would continue vaping for the flavor of it, but it turns out I just didn't.
