The chefs were challenged to identify meat proteins in a fast paced relay race to prepare for Hellโs Kitchenโs special Steak Night. The Blue Teamโs time was incredibly hurt by Rico and Tommyโs poor tasting skills while The Red Team delivered a very impressive display of tasting. The Red Team won the challenge, keeping their winning streak alive.
In the Steak Night dinner service, Kenia had a disastrous performance on fish and got kicked out of the kitchen while the rest of her team thrived. In the Red Kitchen, however, the appetizer station was a mess, Amanda struggled on fish, and Ty failed to cook his steaks. Despite finishing their first service, the Red Team lost and were asked to nominate two chefs for elimination.
The Red Team nominated Ty and Amanda. During their pleas, Chef Ramsay asked the Red Team to name their weakest chef, and everyone said the weakest chef was Amanda. Chef Ramsay shocked everyone by calling out Keniaโs name, but merely gave her a wake up call. Chef Ramsay then eliminated Amanda, ending her dream of becoming the Head Chef at La Repas Rose in Los Angeles, and winning a quarter of a million dollars.

Tonight, Hellโs Kitchen will be open for Family Night! We will be serving food to a variety of children and their parents. Ricoโs burger has a lot of flavor and is very rustic. It has charm to it.
Carterโs burger is deemed to be too plain by the judges. They say that they wished he had done something more with it.

Bartโs mac nโ cheese looks extremely foreign. It almost seems as if it isnโt a mac nโ cheese at all.
Tommyโs mac nโ cheese is delicious. He has made a very stunning take on the classic comfort food that is praised by the judges.

Bethโs pizza is an improved take on her pizza from the punishment pass challenge. This time, she has made sure to put the right amount of seasoning onto it. The judges praise it for its flavor.
Allenโs pizza, in contrast, is criticized for not having enough seasoning. While the concept is great, the execution is lacking.
Zachโs pizza is very rustic and delicious. It feels like a gourmet dish but at the same time is very simple.
Tristenโs pizza has flavors that donโt work at all, just like his pizza from the punishment pass challenge. Chef Ramsay suggests that Tristen may not know how to make pizza.
Archieโs pizza looks a mess but has great flavor. The judges say the kids may like the taste, but compares the look of the dish to a gas station pizza. However, he has managed to cook it perfectly unlike in the punishment pass challenge.
Keniaโs pizza is charming and delicious. The judges praise its tenacity as well as its balanced flavor.

As Bart puts the Blue Kitchen behind, the Red Kitchen moves onto entrees. However, Allen and Zach both overcook 2 burgers, allowing the Blue Team an opportunity to catch up.
The Blue Team and the Red Team are now dead even on entrees, and both kitchens look to their pizza stations. Bella overcook one pizza while Thammy puts too much seasoning onto two, but the Blue Teamโs Pizza station seems to be doing much worse.
