Coming Out Blog Apr 12, 2024
imageTwo days ago I scheduled a phone appointment with an adult trans healthcare program. Due to how backed up and fucked up our health care system is the phone appointment won't be until the 23rd, and that's just the preliminary step. We'll just be discussing medical matters such as the potential effects of hormones, what the process might look like, etc. But I feel like I've already started. I will be pursuing gender affirming care as soon as I am able.

I will be turning 30 next month. I can't believe it's taken me three whole decades to start this process but better late than never right? Anyways I feel like this has BEEN obvious to most people but I've never formally blogged it or addressed being trans so here it is.
