Has turned around for the BETTER, unfortunately I was coping with a breakup/grieving a loss loved one and the transition of being on my own in a very destructive way. Dating two toxic BFS shortly after just to “move on” when it seemed even worse than my 8 yr relationship.
Where things turned around this February on my 33rd bday was the first time I came to the scary realization I could have possibly not veen here anymore. Carelessly drank myself unconscious on my bday & found by the guy I was dating in house on the floor. I haven’t told anyone but the next day I felt like my heart was racing from the alcohol still, and had to be hospitalized for a bit to regain consciousness.
I’m blogging this bcuz the last months I’ve really became a healthier person, working out has truly become my scape goat, but I remember how fortunate that I am. No distraction, single, sober! Anyone battling any substance abuse or mental health issues. This is for you!💙 hope sharing my story helps someone, don’t ever be ashamed. We all fighting a battle
one of the most entertaining chaotic casts/seasons! Honestly ranks as one of my top ten favs of all time. The location was great too. Villains J’Tia, Tony, Kass..Kass vs everyone. Season was good. Going to rewatch.
