honestly its pretty stressful but im sure it could be worse ill say 5

2-3 on a typical day. 5-6 on random multi-day spurts (usually towards the ends of big deadlines or if a lot of smaller things are happening at the same time)

Only a few times would I say I was stressed in the 8-10 range and it didn’t really last more than a day
