To run 4.1 miles (I DO IT OUTSIDE AND MY PATH IS 4.1 IM NOT CRAZY ID DO 4 IF IT WAS A TREADMILL) everyday cause like #fitness and omg it’s so hard. how do u fit ppl do it I’m so exhausted like everyday. I usually finish in like 40-50 mins. Decent amount of walking lol.
