Hey tengaged! Here I am in stars finals! I played this game from the beginning to give myself a shot at winning. It was a rough road at times, but I managed to get through it all. I was targeted for knowing Imthtawesom in real life, and I never went up with him. It was not a coincidence that everyone who targeted me or lied to me ended up getting nominated shortly after I found out. I played this game to get rid of people who were after me, and I accomplished that.
Even though I knew some people would be upset afterward (which baffles me considering they targeted me first), I still made the moves that would advance myself in the game, whether it be blindsiding someone, splitting, flipping, or anything else. I nominated all 3 of my team members at least once, because while I was in this game with my team, at the end of the day, I wanted to be the winner.
I used people’s social cues to let me know when things weren’t going my way, and I gave myself time to turn things around. I tried to play a more behind the scenes game, because those are the people that don’t get targeted as often. I also tried not to let the coaches themselves influence my game. The only one that really tried to talk to me for the whole game was Maggie, and I knew he wanted me to do things that would hurt my own game. So, while I listened to what he had to say, I didn’t really take it to heart because I knew he was only looking out for his own team.
I’m proud of the way I played and I’m proud to be able to say I was the last person left from my team.
After it all, I don’t regret anything I did and I don’t have any animosity toward anyone because it’s just a game, and we all played it in good fun. We all knew what we were signing up for. Thanks to the cast/coaches/ Johneh for a great game!
