You may have noticed that the wall of winning films is a little bigger than when you last saw it. That is because Iβve added 2 spaces for 2 more winning films.
When I did my original version of my movie taste game, I planned everything out. But then when I took too long and started the whole game over, I was really just coming up with themes on the fly. I wasnβt even sure of my format. But fear not, now I know exactly how my game will function. By the end of the game, we will have a total of 16 winning films!
So, letβs go ahead and start figuring out what the fourth film on that list is going to be. Hereβs round 4!

You would be surprised to hear where a lot of famous actors ended up getting their start. Thereβs actually quite a few famous actors who started their career working as a cast member for a show on NBC called Saturday Night Live!
I LOVE Saturday Night Liveβ¦ and even if itβs gone a little downhill today, I still enjoy it.
There are a lot of films that star an actor or actress who used to be a cast member on SNL⦠but some of them even have more than one!
Thatβs what I wanna see this round. Your film submission must star at least 2 former SNL cast members (or they can be current if you happen to find one of those!). And I donβt want both of them to just have 2 throwaway unimportant roles with 2 minutes of screen time.. so at least one of them must have a recurring role in the film!

Thanks for submitting everyone. I think this is the first time everyone submitting since the opening episode, so thanks for that! Before getting to the results, just want to give a quick shoutout to the hero group. You guys ate. But unfortunately, one of you - along with one person from the villain group - will be eliminated today.
Here are my comments:
Soul Sucker: The vocals were super good. The track was pretty minimal, but I donβt mind that in this case as it lets the vocals shine. I liked this but overall wish there was an extra punch to it somewhere
Screw Feelings: This is a song that I think totally fits the theme. I could see this as the song where the villain first decides to embrace their inner heel. The song itself was fine. I didnβt find it particularly engaging, and I wish there was something about it that stood out.
Last Hope: I meanβ¦I donβt even think I could call this pandering because youβre the one person I know who loves this song and this album more than I do. Itβs the perfect song for the hero preparing for the final act. It just hits so many emotions, and Hayleyβs vocals are so good here. This is high on the list of Paramoreβs best songs ever. I really canβt say much more than that.
Play With Fire: Lyrically, I thought this was really good for the theme. The chorus was just kind of a mess though, and it just felt like a lot of different things happening at the same time.
My Own Worst Enemy: I definitely dig you going the anti hero route. This song is a pretty basic pop punk song, but it still hits in all the right places.
Funeral: LMFAO what the hell was that? That song had the same feel as a horror movie I would like: itβs weird, itβs kind of ridiculous, itβs unconventional, but it somehow works. Not sure if itβs a song Iβd listen to repeatedly but it was an experience I enjoyed.
Girl on Fire: This definitely has that fearlessness behind it that would be very inspiring for a hero. Plus Alicia Keys is pretty great. This was a good choice and is a really good mix of inspiration and bad-assery.
Cry Thunder: This is classic dragonforce and high key makes me want to play guitar hero. It has a fun intensity to it, like metal for people who aren't super into metal. But Iβm just not sure how it stacks up against the rest of the songs in the group.
Sucker for Pain: Not a bad song. But sometimes these super collab songs donβt work as well as they should. I feel like a lot of times the focus is on the lyrics which is cool, but the backing track was so boring that it really couldnβt save this.
Superman: Havenβt heard this song in ages. Itβs a bit slow, but thereβs good things happening here. I do enjoy his voice, and as far as the theme goes, I feel like this could go either way which makes this a pretty interesting entry imo.
Girls on Top: The beat was pretty cool. No clue what she was saying, but it was fun. It went on a tad too long for my taste, but I..

Notable Events:
- (Basically) Rookies Sam & Britt coming in, seeing no eliminations, and then winning the season?? And then Britt taking the money from her *husband* sam in a dramatic reveal at the end?? Weird but good TV, I guess!
- There were two heavy hitter teams IMO this season in: Florina & Ohhay / Barbra & Jengaged... Sam & Britt made the power move early on to pit them against each other in an elim, which definitely saw purge icons Barbra & Jen be a robbed early boot.
- Multi-Millionaire J2999 getting his third 7th in a row is kinda sad to see
- Symmetry888 becoming the Nany of the series of always getting cut right before the final, or making the final but never winning.
- Broncman & Kimmal were also robbed pretty early, winning 2 elims to just get purged out early on.
- Sosyomomma had his first bad season ever, which had the fans shook more than CT being an early boot.
- Overall, good season, and no I don't regret not having any returnees... we don't need another final reckoning that got dragged along too long for its own good.

Notable Events:
- The winners were satisfying, it took 10+ seasons and they wont multiple eliminations to get to the spot in finals.
- The funniest thing was WOTW team... 3 last places in a row, and an additional 2 times voted in... but never lost an elimination just to have dead weight of their team drag them down in the final and place third. Impressive and unfortunate at the same time.
- Kinda tragic Team survivor was treated like the show, thrown into elims early until they were eliminated first.
- Peace and Symmetry were one elim away from making finals a second time with the same format, and Phonee & Kindred were shock early boots with their elim record.
- Overall, it was a good satisfying season!

This will be the last time we'll use the leaderboard to decide the eliminated player, so try all your best.

THEME 9 /// M-SONGS
The ninth theme is "M-Songs"!
What does this mean? It means you're only allowed to send a song that starts with M!
You can send any song that has the first word that starts with M or simply one word with M as the initial letter.
The SONG needs the M as first letter, not the SINGER. So only the song is allowed.
Any song that doesn't have M as first letter will NOT be ALLOWED!
For all players, you have time until 5pm est!
Remember the game is different for the two gropus, and that one player is returning while another is getting sent home FOREVER
