All 15 spots + star seat (minus whomever uses star tickets).
Raffle winners would not be revealed until enrollment.
At the end of each game, the public would get to vote for "FAN FAVORITE" out of the 16 and award the Miss Congeniality with a star ticket to be used once 4 weeks or so passed.
Would fix the old and recent trend of premades dominating the casts and making for more interesting casts.
Also: we're long OVERDUE for a Big Stars Giveaway! 16 players voted into the game by the public (or alternatively, 8 by the public and 8 chosen by randomize like the first giveaway) who have NEVER played before (including past accounts, if known). Jubbzy isn't around to organize it, but I would be happy to host the polling stages for a #NewbieStars.

I just realized there was TWO of them.
I have no idea which is which. I recall playing frooks with one (or BOTH??) together and against many years ago and I think Ms. 2000 is the problematic one?
Whatever one isn't being canceled should make a new username that isn't KellyNumbers and join the next Stars Giveaway/#NewbieStars, unless both are problematic?
This is almost as confusing as KatieM, JamesM, JesseM, DinoM, or BB5lover and BBlover96 or whatever
