button away from the blogs page because all it dies is leave a bad vibe on this site and people tend to go overboard with the negs if you don't like a blog just don't plus it you don't have to neg it and be a hateful and evil person and neg someone else work. also it is bad when people neg top blogs so there blog can move higher in the ranks. plus with the color levels it is even worse because it controls your power over who you can neg the hardest and that's just REALLY unfair. now rather they get rid of the neg button or do like the designs and if someone negs it make it all a -1
