The European Broadcasting Union (The EBU) is now allowing ERT News to continue broadcasting live on their official website at http://www3.ebu.ch/cms/en/sites/ebu/contents/news/2013/06/monitor-ert-online.html
Now I ask you to click this link above to sign the official petition to get ERT put back on air. ERT is a TV channel funded by the tax payers of Greece. It's just like PBS in America and the BBC in the United Kingdom. The people of Greece pay their taxes to fund ERT, this means the Greek government have no right to turn the channel off when the people of Greece pay for it.
I understand this isn't a life or death situation but the Greek people are really down and depressed about being extremely poor lately. Some would say TV in Greece is the only thing helping them keep sane and happy.
So far around 1,500 people from all over the world have signed the official petition set up by the EBU, but we need more so please sign!
