It HAS to be Alicia, it makes sense more than anything, first I want you to read my previous guess:

Now, the last fact I have is the she has a mental illness/physcological disorder with loneliness or not finding love, she is in denial that Piper does not love her back, if Alicia was truly not the killer she would have gotten rid of it early on after being rejected.
Also, I find it interesting how Piper hasn't died yet, possibly Alicia is taking her to the end? I'm sorry, thank you for supporting in the voice :) but sadly that doesn't change that I believe you are the killer.

I believe that (although I have so much to thank her for) Alicia is the killer, and everyone would probably be confused by this guess.
First, here is some facts from one of my friendlies :3 Ellie:
"Like when Cara died, everyone heard a splash. Maybe she was somehow thrown from the upstairs room where she, me and Miranda were. Also Shane was her cousin and she didn't communicate much with the other 2."
Thanks to Ellie's fact, I can also prove another suspicion that I saw from episode one: At the beginning, I completely Alicia would have died early on due to her bland personality, but then I realized later on she was a great character, but maybe at the beginning, she was just observing and only talk to a girl who would have been killed early on, she was observing every character's personality and see how they would play out.
Also, the biggest fact that proves Alicia as the killer is her bio:
Alicia has always been a rebellious girl. Ever since she can remember she was out partying and hooking up with guys, but when she gave her heart to a guy and he broke it. She ended up finding comfort in women and went down with any girl she could find. When her parents found out about this, they were furious and did all they could to stop it. They sent Alicia away to Winter Wonderland so they could relax during the holidays. She is supposed to be meeting up her cousin Shane. With her parents not around, it's the perfect time for her to do whatever she wants.
Do you see the difference from other bios?
Well I'll tell you, Alicia's bio is the only one to not mention The Dark Days or any survival skills she could use, meaning that there is no question to will she survive because she and host knows she will survive because she is the killer.
I actually have grown to like to person playing and Alicia and I thank her for saving me with rhysarnie and Miranda, but I this is just a guess.
