Hello!
So we have tbrown_47 & oswordo3 in the bottom 2. Here are the critiques:
oswordo3 - Stand By Me (1986) - Oh man I feel like Rob Reiner is just such a nice guy! He seems so insightful and really brings his craftmanship out to perfection. I have never seen this movie but absolutely love Misery! So I was excited for this movie no doubt. An amazing cast and director. This movie is such a personal journey its pretty heartwrenching to watch but its also extremely captivaring. I felt for each of them and their personal story. The movie also just flows very nicely. I had a really good time through the movie which is a rarity. Normally im a little uninvested but it kept me going and I really enjoyed it!
tbrown_47 - Doctor Sleep (2019) - Oh man i've talked about it before but I absolutely love Mike Flannagan as a director. Him and his crew always put so much passion into the projects they work on and seeing this for the first time in the theatre, I was absolutely astounded. The fleshing of the characters (particularily the True Knot), the pace, the gorgeous cinematography, Emily Alyn Lynd, Rebecca Ferguson and Kyleigh Curran carrying this movie. There is just so much to love I could go into an essay about it. I've also watched the 3 hour directors cut and I find that even better. Without a doubt my favourite movie of 2019, one of the best to come from the 21st century, and most likely one of my favs of all time.
Honestly this sucks, I really enjoy both of these movies and I seriously struggled. Its hard when one has stood the test of time but one has compelled me from the get go. So with that being said, the contestant that is staying in the competition is...

Hey icons! Im back!
Yes after nearly a month hiatus of being fully depressed, I watched all the movies I needed to today and am ready to continue with the game! So its been a while and I asked you in partners to create the perfect double feature! Here are the critiques:
turkeylover & Symmetry888:
Thelma & Louise (1991) - Oh this movie kicks ass. I love both performances and the fact that they just dont give a shit about anything. Gina Davis looks stunning as hell and I love it. Also Brad Pitt is hot and his character here is awful but hes hot so its ok. If I have any gripe is that the runtime could probably be cut a little bit as the pacing is a little off in the middle closer to the 3rd act but this is a great road fugitive movie and yas
Violet & Daisy (2011) - I was reading consensus opinions on this movie and called it a Quentin Tarantino ripoff. Aside from like some choices in dialogue/chapter thingy I dont really see it? Especially since this is a linear story buf whatevs. Also, the fact that 57821 by Janelle Monae is in here is amazing. Anyways, the two girls pop off. Ive always loved Saoirse Ronan since Hanna and Alexis Bledel does a really good job as well. The dynamic of the two make the movie itself interesting which is good cause its a pretty basic concept and lacks a little bit of flare style wise to really stand out. Its not bad, it has great moments but I would like some more yanno? I will say that overall, this is a fun double feature!

The Craft (1996) - Legit one of my favourite movies ever. Everything is on point! The performances, the set design, the 90's feel, the fucking iconic fashion it all works and I absolutely live for it. Everyone gets their moment to shine (except arguably Rachel True) and I love how they all have something working against them. They flesh it out very well. The witchcraft stuff is so cool to watch, especially the final act and I absolutely adore Neve Campbell. There are just subtle facial expressions she does that I love, like in the bathroom scene when she does that little sinister smirk to Sarah. Also Fairuza Balk going batshit crazy from killing Skeet Ulrich to the end is amazing and I love it. I could literally gush forever. I do wish Rochelle had more to do and some of the cut scenes were in the film but those are small to the overall amazingness of The Craft.
Practical Magic (1998) - Can I just say that I started to smile from the opening hanging scene? Is that sinister? I have to say though even though the movie itself might not be for me entertainment wise, I cannot deny the talent of the 4 leads, particularily Sandra Bullock and Stockard Channing. I find them to be exquisite. I also like the idea of witches being known and living among the rest. Its pretty cool. I think I enjoy the idea of the movie than the movie itself but together with The Craft, I can't deny that its..

Hey guys, here is some news I'd like to let you know about. The format has been changed to just me being the judge. And also, the scores will not be in this season either. With the other judges being busy, I wanted them to focus on what they needed to, and hopefully they can come back for a future season!
But yea, lets get on with the results
First up: FromAWindow
OKAY BITCH PERIODT! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A SONG LIKE THIS AND I HAVENT FOUND ONE THIS AWESOME! I absolutely loved this song! The beachy vibes, the really amazing soft vocals were all superb! I can imagine my partner and I going on a roadtrip to the beach with this playing in the background. WELL DONE! Great way to start off the night!
Next up: tbrown_47
This song was really fun! At first, I didnt get it, but as soon as I started listening more in depth I really understood it more. My favorite part was when the piano got introduced, really added to the theme of the song and kept it from all being the same.
Next up: CarolinaSteele
I truly dont know how I feel about the song yet. There are moments in which I truly like about the song anf then when repeated I get dissatisfied with how they were presented. I will say, the vocals and how the song was laid out is very well made and caters to my taste actually, so dont get yourself down on this one.
Next up: Maxchaos
I was very confused. The song definitely takes a lot of interpreting, but I dont mind that. What confused me was why there was no resolution to the build up in the song. It left me feeling dissatisfied listening to it. I do think the instrumentals and the vocals were good, however the overall sound just felt very plain and loud.
Next up: Delights
An absolute classic, I find this submission funny because I have almost marched to this song twice, however both of those seasons got cancelled. But yea, this song is just awesome in so many ways! Classic rock is always really cool to listen to!
Next up: coolKat
My emo years have been waiting for this song to come back into relevancy. YES BITCH! I love the vocals and the emotion this song presents! Despite all the memes this song holds, I always have loved it due to the overall soundscape. The dynamics, the emotion, the voicing. Absolutely immaculate!
Next up: rhayden82
Im not fan of country music all that much..... even if its very similar to country music. Just no thank you. However, I will say that I didnt dispise it, I found myself enjoying some parts of it.

Welcome to the fourth day of the games... as well as the finale! Surprise!
7 tributes remain, however... six of them will be dead by the time the blog is over.
So... let’s see who the Victor is going to be!
-Continuation-
The Misfits alliance is hanging out in a building to escape the bird mutts. They are unaware that Franzi and Citrine are hiding out on a higher floor.
The group has been waiting hours for the mutts to go away... and they’re still there. They have been waiting since Midnight.
Cris: Hey... I gotta use the bathroom.
Carol: There’s probably plenty in this building... just go find one.
Cris: Sure... maybe I’ll go upstairs, why not?
Cris then goes upstairs to use the bathroom.
He is washing his hands when he notices something in the mirror.
There seems to be a figure behind the shower curtain.
Suddenly, the shower curtain rushes to the side to reveal Citrine holding a knife.
She plunges the knife toward Cris, aiming at his neck.
However, Cris has noticed Citrine before she attacked, and is therefore prepared.
Cris grabs Citrine’s arm and prevents his own death. The two go into what seems to be a strength war that leads them out of the bathroom and into the hallway, until Cris is able to make Citrine drop her knife.
However, Citrine returns the favor with a strong headbutt. She is able to knock Cris to the ground for a few seconds.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Misfits alliance is hanging out downstairs, unaware of what is happening.
Kwen can hear some slight noises coming upstairs.
Kwen: Do you guys hear that?
Wanda: Hear what?
Back upstairs, Citrine has retrieved her knife while Cris is still stunned on the floor.
Franzi suddenly appears seemingly out of nowhere.
Franzi: Please, allow me.
Citrine: Of course, brother.
Citrine hands her knife to Franzi. Franzi then gets on top of Cris, ready to finish the job.
Franzi raises his knife, and...
BOOM!
A cannon goes off before Franzi can make the kill.
Franzi then looks around, confused.
And then, he notices his sister has a machete lodged in her head.
Kwen has come upstairs, suspicious of the noise. He snuck behind Citrine and killed her to keep her brother occupied long enough for Cris to escape.
Franzi is looking at his sister in shock as she falls to the floor dead. He then notices through a window that her picture is being projected in the sky.

At this point, Franzi is no longer focused on Cris, allowing him to crawl away from him.
Franzi looks at the body of his now dead sister, looking like he’s about..

TODAY, we are sadly going to lose 2 players today … It was definitely a tough one but it all came down to which songs had a bigger impact on me and maybe some of you too! It’s great to see that 90s boyband songs could never die down. Let’s get to it:

Becksta20 : ANDDD I SWEARRR! Omg I love this so muchh like literally just a couple of guys singing and there’s no background distractions or unnecessary people that shouldn’t even be there. This band means so much because it was actually one of the first black boyband that I discovered!!! Nice.
