This competition is called FOREVER 21. Here is how it works.

There will be a blog posted that will contain the six of you with the number twenty one on the side. The main goal for this competition is to ensure that you are the closest to the number twenty one. It doesn't not matter if you are higher or lower.

But you simply can't do it alone of course. You will ask people on this site to help you along the way. To make sure that either you're closer to the number or that your opponent doesn't get the win.
