She’s not sure just how much responsibility she can handle but she hopes that she has what it takes to do right by her community. Now that Perdido Beach needs a real leader, will Denee step up to help those around her or will she collapse under the pressure?

Her parents are busy and she usually spends most of her time watching other peoples small kids so she never really spends much time at her own house. When the wall comes down, she juggles the guilt of not being closer to her parents with her self-appointed task of running the daycare.
