Starting at 17:00 CET of today 31 May, people can select which country they desire only if that country is available. The owner of the country will be the first person who mention it except Japan, New Zealand and Australia. These countries will be selected by a draw due to their stand alone nature. (You can select a country and participate in the draw for another country if you want).

Countries are divided into groups. Every country can choose singers of their own group. Example: Taiwan can select chinese singers.
