REAL ESTATE TYCOON

There is a bunch of real-estate for sale, but in this game, the real-estate pays YOU! The object of the game is to get the most money from your real-estate as you can. If you are the only one in a round to pick a certain dwelling, then you will get it’s value added to your score. However, if you pick the same house as someone else, then nobody gets the value - except for round 5 where it will be divided between the amount of people that picked it.

You can pick any real estate in any round. Ex. If you chose duplex for round 1, you can use it again in any or all of the following rounds.

5 rounds, the player who has the most value in properties wins immunity and a guaranteed spot in the final 4!

Here are the houses that you can choose (and their values):

$300,000- Mansion
$200,000- 2-story house
$150,000- 1-story house
$100,000- Country Cottage
$50,000- Duplex
$25,000- High-end apartment
$10,000- Low-end apartment
$5,000- Mobile home
$1,000- House trashed by a storm
$1- Cardboard box
