This means Jacob and Liam are currently facing The Inferno. However, there is now an opportunity to win the Aztec Life Saver which may change who is going into The Inferno. The challenge will be posted shortly.

Welcome everyone to your next challenge and this one is called “Calculation Location” and here’s how it works. Both teams will be racing to correctly work out their 4-digit passcode to stop their timer.

You will be sent a link to complete this challenge and you MUST choose your username to do the challenge. Each member of each team will be given two 4-digit numbers which will be shown to you when you start the challenge. You must find BOTH of those 4-digit numbers on one of two grids. One of them will be in the top grid and the other one will be in the bottom grid.

Once you find either number, you must take note of the number at the beginning of its row as well as the number at the top of its column. You must use the row number as the first two digits and the column number as the last two digits. This means, when you put them together, you form a new 4-digit number.

Once you do this with both numbers you have to find, then you will have TWO new 4-digit numbers. You must add both of these new 4-digit numbers together to create another 4-digit number. If you add the two numbers together and the total is greater than or equal to 10,000, then you should subtract the smaller number from the larger number instead.

Once you have this new 4-digit number, you will need to find it in one of the two grids (it can be in either one). Once you find it, you must take the number at the beginning of its row and the number at the top of its column to create one final 4 digit number like you did previously. You must enter this final 4-digit number into the box. You will be informed whether you are correct or wrong.

The player on each team who completes the challenge in the fastest time will win the Aztec Lifesaver. In addition, the team with the overall fastest average time will win $10,000 for their team’s bank account.

This challenge might sound a bit more confusing, so there are step by step instructions provided to you in the challenge when you start it. However, if you do have any questions, please ask me or ask EM002 if I'm not online and you're wanting to do the challenge.

The deadline for this challenge is 10pm (GMT)/6pm (EDT)/3pm (PDT) on Saturday.
