Fort Miller. A small town located in the middle of nowhere, encased inside a protective dome. We've been through some rough times, and this small town we live in is humanities last hope. We take that title with pride and honour and turned this small settlement into a gleaming and prosperous utopia. Every single one of us has contributed to the everlasting success of Fort Miller, but above all else, we have the council. The heart and brain of the settlement. Where Fort Miller's brightest and most talented individuals privately discuss our settlements future. Only with them, have our settlement remained in this Utopian state. Today, we have the honour of bestowing individuals of group 12 to 18 as representatives of their group and junior members of the council. With this title, you are expected to serve Fort Miller to the best of your capability. As you are the future of our society.
