SECOND REMINDER TO CONFIRM PARTICIPATION IN ESCT40

There's plenty of time to confirm your country yet, but if someone is planning to withdraw from the contest, it's time to do it to let its country free for other participants.

Finally, after the deadline came to the end, 48 countries have succesfully confirmed their participation for ESCT40. Unfortunately, we are saying goobye to 🇲🇩 Moldova but we're seing some new Head of Delegations for 🇧🇾 Belarus and 🇳🇱 The Netherlands.

Due to the increasing of participanting countries, the Pre-Semifinal Round (PSR) is back this edition and the 7 countries that will compete in the PSR are those who were the bottom 4 from each semifinal from last edition, and they are:
🇦🇿 Azerbaijan, 🇭🇷 Croatia, 🇮🇪 Ireland, 🇱🇹 Lithuania, 🇱🇺 Luxembourg, 🇲🇹 Malta and 🇲🇰 North Macedonia.

Just five of them will make it through the semifinals. The thread to post the official entries will be created coming soon.
