Welcome to the Austrian National Final! We'll start the show with the biggest name that ever represented the country in ESCT, holding the best 2 performances in the history of the country, let's hear again Conchita Wurst with her winning song 'Heroes', that gained the Gold back in the 5th ESCT's edition:

And now, hoping to repeat what Conchita did 31 editions ago, we'll start the final. Firstly I'll explain the rules. There are 6 finalists tonight, 6 artists that qualified after from the semi-finals that took place last week. The entry order was randomly drawn. After all of them will present their performances, the jury duties will be distributed like this: 2 internal jurors will give their points (with the head of delegations included) and there will be a maximum of another 8 jurors represented by the heads of the other countries of ESCT, to reach a maximum of 10 sets of votes. A minimum of 5 are necessary (with the 2 internal included) to have a valid result, otherwise, in the sad case that we won't reach a minimum of 5, the winner will be internally decided. The 6 delegations that also voted in the semi-finals will firstly be invited, but the votes will be received in a chronological order. If 10 votes are already taken, even if the vote isn't still officialy closed, an 11th vote won't count. The points will be distributed like this:
6th place - 1 point
5th place - 4 points
4th place - 5 points
3rd place - 6 points
2nd place - 8 points
1st place - 12 points
Every juror have to give all the points in their preffered order. Every set of votes will count the same and the points will be cumulated, the song with the most points becoming the winner of this edition and the Austrian entry for ESCT 36. The Second Chance representant will be decided just after ESCT is finished, the placing in the final not necessarily being a deciding factor. In the next thread we'll begin the show, we're waiting for the votes and may the best competitor win! The deadline is until Wednesday, 19th of February, or until 10 votes (including the internal jurors) are received.
Nine votes in total were casted, 2 from the 2 internal jurors and 7 from the head delegations of other participating countries of ESCT, who we want to thank that made this show possible. At the end, the total number of points were cumulated and we have a winner that will represent Austria in the ESCT 36. Let's see the votes. We'll start with the internal jurors:
