We are switching tribes.  We'll be moving into three tribes of five with one person being sent to Exile Island.  They'll be immune from this upcoming vote and rejoin the game after someone was voted out on the losing tribe.

In front of you guys are boxes labeled 1-16 and you'll each select one.  The quicker the numbers are picked the earlier I'll commence the swap.  There will be a live tribe swap at 7:45pm EST with the challenge still being at 8pm EST.
