The rules of Survivor state that if someone plays a hidden immunity idol all votes cast against that person will not count and the person with the next highest amount of votes will be sent out of the game.

I can confirm this is the authentic hidden immunity idol first owned by Nick/Manalord in Archetype Royale. All votes cast for Sadie will not count.
