"Go-Sees"

Hello Top 5, Hello Second Wave participants welcome to your go-sees; We finally got to one of the highlights of the Next Top Model series, bring out your best anything can happen on this day forward.

You'll be going to FOUR different agencies and you need to go to these different agencies and perform your best WITHOUT HOLDING BACK. Unfortunately, with the ongoing judges' crisis going, we will be having a special twist for this season's go-sees. What is it?

Below, are list of 10 AGENCIES all of which you'll be meeting me. Now on those 10 agencies, you only need to attend 4 AGENCIES you think will best fit you or will give you higher chance on getting book. Again same rules will apply, if you get book you'll get 2 points, if not you'll be getting 1 point.

Now if you're wondering why there's only 4 agencies which will correspond to only 8 points if you book all. The last 2 points will be a BONUS QUESTION.

Now, what you have to do to get that 2 extra points is this: You must MAIL me all the models (Top 5 and Second Wave participants) with a corresponding CELEBRITY.

In this go-see, you have to portray a debonair, as in someone who is confident, stylish, and charming. I'm looking for you to hit those three adjectives well and to also give a very captivating and stunning fashion photo. Because of the nature of this photoshoot, the photo should be self-explanatory. 5. CARIBEAN COUTURE (previously judged by Judge Imani Williams)
In her own statement, "Now in this agency I am looking for you models to present to me a shot that promotes Caribbean clothing and accessories. The main point about Caribbean clothing is that it involves BOLD and BRIGHT colours for both men and woman! Some Caribbean countries like to include flowing fabrics, bold jewellery/accessories, fringe and/or tassels (think Pocahontas)! So basically - In this task you need to portray a movie style villain, it's up to you on how realistic or cartoony style you do it but he wants to see you stand out and own it.

In her own words, "My agency is called "The Antibiotic". So we basically design clothings for men and women using unconventional materials. We use zippers, dvds, safety pins and anything we think can be manipulated in such a way to apply it on a piece of clothing. So for this casting, I want to see the models wearing my designs made of unconventional materials. I want to see them stand out from the rest and to really show the world how my designs are wearable piece of art."

To me this is the definition of expensive and high fashion. It is simple, yet extravagant and is just so clean and polished. If you saw Tanya walking down the street in this you wouldn't even have to guess about her taste level, you can tell she's expensive.

I think this fits the definition perfectly. This is strong, stylish, and confident. When I think of debonair I think of slightly mysterious yet very sleek which I think fits perfectly with this outfit. Tanya also looks very confident and stylish with the pose.

After looking into the inspiration for your collection, I think this is the perfect combination of Rodarte's collection and your theme. Rodarte's silhouettes are simple yet dramatic and very fairy tale like, however the colors are quite bold and dramatic. I used a dramatic yet simple silhouette and combined it with the pastel color palette you wanted. The ruffles in the dress represent the ruffles and folds of roses as I wanted to do something floral but not in an obvious sense (such as a floral print), since you took inspiration from something I wanted to take inspiration from flowers and not do something literal.

I mean, I really do not think I could hit the prompt more on the head if I tried! This outfit combines materials not seen in clothing, as well as taking articles of clothing but using them in unconventional ways. I think the silhouette of this is dramatic and bold, yet a visually appealing work of wearable art!

I wanted to give a high fashion editorial take on expensive wear, focusing upon the relaxed body language and engagement with the shot, whilst still looking glamorous wearing diamonds and radiating demureness.

I wanted to portray the three key points of your brand through both costuming and styling, the wardrobe and styling is unconventional yet still high fashion, an aspect which I believed linked perfectly with the “Debotion” brand, whilst still fitting well with the beauty and glamour  aesthetic that Shanina brings to each photoshoot.

I wanted to focus upon the clashing patterns and prints of the Caribbean culture, whilst appearing high fashion in a setting which is picturesque, a key feature for your brand. I feel like this image represents the couture aspect, whilst still standing out from the crowd.

I wanted to showcase a unique perspective of glamour and high fashion, showing a form of unglamourous glamour in an environment which isn’t commonly viewed as beautiful or glamorous in any way. I decided to take on a modern approach of Hades from Hercules as widely known from mythology he’s known as the king of the Underworld. I feel as though black is the perfect shade naturally for villains, but the Hades characterization takes it a bit further because he literally represents DEATH! I drew some inspo from the Hades portrayal in the Percy Jackson series.

Honestly, this is the theme which i think is the funniest because you caan get inspired by anything and i recorded this old movie that i watched when a kid. Beetlejuice is the main character of his movie and its a Fantasy/Comedy/Horror movie.

This is either a hit or a miss. Posing in traffic, distracting cars, and turning your back to the camera are all definite risks as a model and I hoped they translated into the photo.

Le Chiffre is a villain in the James Bond series, starring as the primary antagonist in Casino Royale. He is a white collar villain, relying on his brains to invest in the stock market and run a high stakes casino event. He wears all black suits and represents the pinnacle of high class evil. I chose to do a close up rather than a full body shot because Le Chiffre suffers from a damaged left eye due to haemolacria (Better safe than sorry so trigger warning just in case you look that up). This distinct feature makes him stand out amongst an ample amount of Bond villains and I wanted to highlight this.
