Alice Burdeu:
I wanted to be raw, true and real. I think this image is the most stripped back and open that Alice has ever been in this competition. I focused solely on the face as ask and gave direct eye contact to draw the viewer in and truly look natural and free for expression. I went for the suttle and toned down appearance with my hair stripped away from my face and showcasing a true natural beauty shot. I hope this is enough to return to the competition and receive a second chance to win this contest.

So I’ve been told many times that Garrett face is his best and strongest quality so I am going with this photo. Note: I was unaware that we only had to post one photo so I reposted the photo with a different picture and asked Jerad to clarify what he was asking us to do after learning the rules for this challenge Jerad has allowed me to repost one of the original photos I used.

For me, this is one of the best tests because it demonstrates who can make an impact and who is just a beautiful face.

For this challenge, the eyes is very important, it must penetrate who sees the photo and for this it needs to impact, which I think I did with my photo of this challenge.

For this challenge, I wanted to focus ONLY on the face. Plain background, hair back, no accessories, minimal to no makeup (if any). Just a shoulders-up headshot without any distractions. #naturalisbeautiful

Naomi - I think that in all the models here you are the one we seldom see in a simple makeup. And I think it is very interesting to see such a different side of you. I am glad that you did not make this another over the top but rather natural. Was it your best? No. Does it fit the theme? Definitely. You look really honest and pure in the shot which makes this look more natural.

Alice - I still see a lot of potential in you, to be honest Alice. Your photo is very stunning, the make up was still there, but it didn't really take away much on how natural looking this shot is. You look beautiful, your eyes and whole expression tell such deep stories. And the skin, looks really fantastic.

Paul - And here I am wondering where I've seen this shot, because it still feels like you are repeating shots. Anyways, your shot didn't fully hit the theme, but it's there - it looks untouched. I did wish you posted a more pure reaction and a little bit of softness, which in here you kinda looked forced.

Madison - This was a risk one Madison, I though was not really sure if it is the best time for you to post the shot for the theme. You are a great seller no doubt, commercially you are doing really well. One problem though is that because of the extra clothes you are wearing, the focus wasn't solely on you which was somehow the part of the challenge.

This looks really natural and warm. Your hands in your face just made this more of a beauty shot than what it already is.

Garrett - I do not know about the quality of this shot either, it isn't really at its best. The shot looks grainy somehow took away the beauty of the shot for me. It did however look natural with your handsome face, no clothing and white background. I just wished the shot was more focus on details example of your skin because it look very grainy. Sharpness would have helped.

Daniel - Well, this was rather interesting. I liked how this was different from the others, your hands covering half of your face took away some of your beauty though. The softness felt very natural in you because looking just at you, it already felt natural and not trying hard (in a positive way).

Adriana - And this is how you do it! Finally, something I am expecting of a natural take of the theme this week. This is what I am expecting when I say beauty shots. You look really beautiful here, your eyes just captures the whole mood of the shot and the no make-up- make-up look helped you.

Barbie - I must say you did a pretty good job as well. The nude products in your face was very obvious but it still did look natural and not over the top. The background was a stealer though, you should've picked a more pastel color. But anyways, I think you did a pretty nice job.
