Another instalment of the most successful Amazing Race game on Tengaged is starting in August...will you be the next player to race around the world and reach the finish line first?

APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED FOR THIS SEASON

The game is simple. All you need to do is read and complete the clues and challenges during each leg as fast as possible. Your goal is to get to the Pit Stop (an elimination/break point) as quickly as possible, so that you're not last. If you're not last, you'll stay in the race, but if you're last, you risk being eliminated from the race!

This season will be hosted by Ryan_Jambe and EM002. Christian_ will also be available to help with legs if neither of us are available.

This season will be Semi-Live meaning you will have to be online at the same time as one of the hosts or the helper to complete it. The legs, like last season, will be completed on my own website which you will be mailed about soon. For anyone participating in an EU country, the website does use Cookies, but no personal identifiable information is collected. The only information we will find out is the city and country your IP address is associated with (we won't know your IP address).

This season of The Amazing Race may include Yields, U-Turns, Fast Forwards, Non-Elimination legs and Speed Bumps, but nothing is guaranteed. You can read about the different elements of The Amazing Race here >> http://www.tengaged.com/group/5228/forum/topic/18161706

In addition, transport will be in play again this season. Transport is dealt with separately after the leg and is quite easy to do. You will be given different options and you must select one for each section. This part of the leg is NOT timed, so you can take your time with it.

Also, we will be trialing a NEW system for the airport. This season we will be adopting a similar format to Whodunnit games for the airport. Basically, you will get to select up to 3 different airlines to check what flights they have available. Once you know which airline you want to take, please mail us on Tengaged your decision. Once you have made a decision, you may NOT change it. As always, you should get your decision in by the deadline date.

Furthermore, there is a new twist in play as part of the "Battle of the Seasons" season, which will be explained in more detail at the start of the race. I'm sure you can hazard a guess at one of them might be!

You will have about 2-3 DAYS to complete each leg of the race. The results will be posted at 10pm (GMT)/5pm (EST)/1pm (PST) on the days they are revealed. Results days will normally be Wednesday/Thursday and Sunday/Monday depending.
