or

Any song that is more that 75% in an non-english language, and yes it has to have lyrics.

SEND BACK-UP ENTRIES WITH YOUR ORIGINAL CHOICE!!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET A EUROVISION SONG! THERE WILL MOST LIKELY BE A CLICK RACE, SO MAKE SURE YOU ARE SENDING BACK-UPS SO I CAN GO DOWN THE LIST!
