Hi everyone!

I decided to join the bandwagon after seeing the fun lists last year, so as the contests have passed this year I've made a shortlist of songs I thought were worth adding, then removed half of them and added another 50 I previously blanked to make my efforts irrelevant. Multiple rankings and listens later, here we are, with a list of my favourite entries. I might do a list of my least favourite entries because there was definitely enough material for it, but we'll see.

I've got a list of 100, but will only write up the top 50 because I don't trust myself to show that level of dedication. Whole list will be posted afterwards!

Songs are eligible from every week except:
• TSC 309 (Eurovision week)
• TSC 322 (DNP, though Paris Hilton came 2nd this week so I doubt anything would've made it anyway)
• TSC 330 (Covers week)
• TSC 334 (Halloween week)
• TSC 338 (00s week)

And so this list begins with a gay pornstar. Start as you mean to go on I guess! This should absolutely not be my thing because I've spent the majority of the last year hating on every Latin song sent but I also love me a good trainwreck and this is that.

49th place • Emeli Sandé - Breathing Underwater • TSC 324, AlanDuncan, 3rd place (4 points given) • Score: 49.43

I couldn't bring myself to leave her off this list even though it's far from her best. A really lovely song that's benefited from being on my playlist for at least a year now. I didn't think I'd ever be able to dislike anything she came out with until the abomination that is Starlight, which also makes this seem much better in comparison.

I spent about way too much time trying to state how I might be more into the Allen King song as a trainwreck if he was more "my type." But only bitchy things like "if he met the height requirement to ride this ride" were coming out.

Again not necessarily my thing on paper, but it's a pretty solid anthem. A nice bit of nostalgia without sounding too dated. Didn't get to comment on this because I was hosting but judging by the lack of things to say it'd probably be a one-liner.

47th place • Pale Waves - Heavenly • TSC 324, onemanarmy, 7th place (3 points given) • Score: 48.86

I'm a lot more into this sort of thing now than I used to be, they've been making a bit of a name for themselves this year. A very solid song overall, the chorus is definitely the best bit.
