Michelle, ties are broken by who has the most 12s, and if they both got, say 1 12, then it goes to 10s, etc

Unless everyone got the exact same vote split Rod, there would be a winner. :p :)

Ties are broken by number of 12 points given, then 10s and so on if ties keep on occurring :)
