Here is how it will work:

Blind Auditions: The 4 judges will review your audition video and if they want you on their team, they will push their button.  Each judge only has 8 spots on their team. 

Battle Round: After all of the teams are filled the contestants will be placed in pairs (chosen by their judge) and will complete head to head.  The judge will choose one to move on and the other to eliminate.  TWIST.  There is a steal, 2 steals per judge.  After all is done the teams will be reduced down to 6 on each team.

Semi-Finals: There will be 2 rounds.  On the first there will be a poll, with the top 3 from each time moving on.  The judges will then choose one other person on their team to move on, completing the top 16.  After this the contestants will all perform again with the top 3(chosen by the judges) of each team moving on. 

Finals: This is the last portion of the competition.  It is simple; every contestant will perform and the judges will evaluate each performance. The person with the lowest score will be eliminated.
