Welcome my top three! As you may remember, this season's slogan is "You have no idea" and this week is going to epitomise that.

For your penultimate challenge, I want you to prove to me your star power through two forms of media outlets.

1) Queen of the Blogs - I need you to write a blog where you explain to Tengaged why you deserve to win. Please link me to the blog so I can track it.

The person who has the highest number of combined points/votes will win this challenge.

On the runway, you must design a look based on one of the primary colours which I will assign:

Helen - Blue
Jessica - Red
Karen - Yellow
