I say a week, two week, three week, or month ban is reasonable offense to not upholding the Terms of Service

Of course depending on the severity of the action done by said violator.  Some things such as sexual advances by older members upon the younger ones and/or other peculiar behavior of the sort really shouldn't be tolerated and should require a permanent ban in my opinion.

I agree Paxton. There should be a list of offenses that clearly state will result in a permanent Ban. What you just mentioned above is an example of one of those.

Yea, also, I think that if somebody is gonna have 5 offenses and be banned for a month, prolly be better to just perm ban em honestly, unless they're all really minor offenses. and I think the adult only game would be a good idea, maybe spread some of em out through age groups, like a game for 13yo, 14-16 yo, 16-19 yo, etc.

I think after 3 or 4 offenses, they should be banned for good. Some offense penalties should be more severe than others.

Some things I think should get you perm banned.  Like posting pornography and being a creep with the younger users.

I AGREE  with Jensa. Those should for sure result in perm bans.
As for more minor issues, I think that a temp banning would be reasonable.

It is such a slippery slope, different offenses should have different penalties.  Something like sexual explicit conversation with a minor should be a permanant ban.  Stuff like revealing personal information of other users should also be permanant.

most sites use levels of banning, so i would think this site should operate under the same principles

Banning is just gay, ppl should know how to do bad stuff but not get banned cuz of it, like me.

well, i think that there should be like a "jury" of annonymous people that hear different cases of how severe an offense was. But, the poersonw ho comitted the offense would not known to the "jury". Then, the jury will make their decision based ont he evidence given.
