Character Bio: Anna was an unrelentless and cruel stepsister to Cinderella before she married Prince Charming. After Cindy moved into the Prince’s castle, Anna lived boring and unfilling days at her mother's side. When the Adversary conquered their kingdom, the majority of the inhabitants were slaughtered but Anna and her mother managed to escape. After a brief stint living in a shoe with her mom, Anna fled to Fabletown for a new start. However, it was not the fairy tale ending she hoped for. Unsurprisingly, running away didn’t make her any prettier and her new apartment in Slums South is hardly bigger than her mother’s shoe. She got a job as a waitress at the Rabbit Hole but has become somewhat depressed being surrounded by a bunch of pretty half-naked princesses all the time. This caused her to develop an addiction to Pixie Dust, which she regularly snorts up her nose in between bringing patrons bowls of lukewarm porridge. Anna is fed up with living the way she is, and has vowed to get her happy ending no matter the cost.

Character Bio: Briar Rose is a self-proclaimed journalist operating out of her small apartment in Slums North. She picks up the majority of her gossip from the patrons and workers at the Rabbit Hole. She finds the entire place deplorable, but at least they have Ladies Night twice a week. Briar thinks the Fabletown government is even more deplorable than the strip club, and it’s the primary reason she left the Woodlands. She tried to make her relationship with Phillip work after coming over from the Homelands with him, but things changed after he was appointed as Fabletown’s Planning Director. Phillip has the idea of reworking the Fabletown government from the inside, but Briar thinks the situation has gone too far beyond that. Instead, she wants to expose the government from the outside and comes to think her ticket lies in unraveling the mystery behind Cock Robin’s murder.

Character Bio: Aya Piccaninny is a Looking Glass Girl at the Rabbit Hole and Nibs’ girlfriend. Aya fled Neverland with Nibs “Rabbit” and the Lost Boys after Peter Pan sacrificed himself to the Adversary to allow their escape. She quickly formed a bond with Nibs and urged him to take over leadership of the Lost Boys, now a motorcycle gang that hangs down at the Rabbit Hole. She and Nibs live in an apartment together in Slums South, and Aya became a Looking Glass Girl known as “Tiger Lily” to contribute to their funds. She takes it upon herself to look after her fellow strippers, particularly Rose Red, who is always getting herself into trouble. Aya also helps Nibs and the Lost Boys distribute Pixie Dust at the club, even though she thinks it's doing more harm than good. Nibs has promised Aya it’s for everyone’s benefit, but Aya is beginning to feel like there’s something he isn’t telling her.

Character Bio: Nibs “Rabbit” is the leader of the Lost Boys, a motorcycle gang in Fabletown, and Aya’s boyfriend. Nibs helped Peter Pan organize their escape from Neverland, and he was eventually able to escape with the Lost Boys and Aya after Peter sacrificed himself to the Adversary. Nibs was never sure about taking over leadership of the Lost Boys, but Aya convinced him that he was the best choice. Over time, Nibs transformed the Lost Boys into an organized motorcycle gang that presides over Slums South. Nibs and the gang typically hang out down at the Rabbit Hole strip club, and they’ve begun providing the patrons and performers with Pixie Dust. He has assured Aya that it’s for her and the club, but he’s starting to realize he may have made a decision that he can’t back out of.

Character Bio: Rose Red is the often forgotten older sister of the widely popular Snow White. She harbours resentment towards her younger sister for her popularity and lifestyle. While Snow White was living large as a princess at the castle, Rose Red was taking care of their poor sick grandmother who lived by herself in a dense forest. It was then that she garnered her reputation as the Red Riding Hood. After the Big Bad Wolf ate her grandmother and was maimed by the Woodsman, Rose took pity on the wolf and nursed him back to health. She understood his nature as a wolf and the wolf felt remorse for murdering her grandmother. The two of them formed a close bond resembling father and daughter. Although, at times their chemistry seems to hint at something more. Rose came to Fabletown because Wolve insisted it would be safer for her. After arriving, she got a job as a Looking Glass Girl at the Rabbit Hole. Wolve constantly reminds her that he doesn't approve of her work, but that doesn’t stop him from dropping by from time to time.

Character Bio: Chester Feline is a cunning trickster. He possesses limited magical ability and is able to teleport short distances and render himself invisible. Although it is unknown what has become of Wonderland, Chester and The March Hare are the only known former inhabitants residing in Fabletown now. Chester is completely self-serving, which should explain his blatant disregard for the rules that outlaw any magic not regulated through the 13th Floor. Chester’s greed has led him to offer less fortunate fables the opportunity to purchase bootlegged glamours and spells through him for a cheap price. Although many are aware of his nefarious dealings, there is never enough evidence for the Fabletown police to crack down on the Cat or his various sources. Despite his charming wit, many fabletown residents avoid Chester due to his close dealings with The March Hare. Due to his intense relationship with the darker side of Fabletown, Chester is a prime interest to the Fabletown police after Cock Robins murder.

Although she originally left Oz, she eventually returned to discover the Wicked Witch had been resurrected. Seemingly a better person, Dorothy decided against defeating the Witch again on the condition she get to keep the silver slippers. She fled to Fabletown after Oz came under attack, and she was quickly recruited to work on the 13th floor to sustain the magical properties of Fabletown. However, Dorothy wanted to do more with her magic to help the residents of Fabletown, and she has secretly began providing illegal glamours to Chester Feline. After Cock Robin is murdered, Dorothy begins to fear that her connection with Chester will somehow be exposed and implicate her in the investigation.

Jack and Jill fell down the sides and ended up in separate parts of the realm; Jack fell near the Spriggins Bean Farm and was raised by the family that owns it. He has been searching for his sister ever since.
Along his travels, he was cursed with ice magic that has left him unable to come into contact with other fables unless he intends to freeze them in ice forever. His search brought him to Fabletown and even though Jill wasn’t waiting for him, he has a feeling the mystery behind her whereabouts lies within the town's borders.

However, Fabletown was less of a fairytale and more of a bleak reality. He and Briar grew apart after their disagreement about the Fabletown government. Briar told Phillip that the government was beyond repair, and he ran and was elected as Planning Director to prove her wrong. This only heightened the tension in their relationship, and Briar eventually broke off their relationship and moved to the Slums. Phillip is determined to change the Fabletown government from the inside and ensure the future of Fabletown, but he’s become entangled in Simon Kaa’s infamous dealings and is struggling to find a way out.

Due to his time in captivity he is a shadow of the boy he used to be; he is simultaneously meek and selfish, often putting his needs before those of his stagnant business. His sister mostly keeps him in line but his addiction to the local drug Pixie Dust can cause him to act out irrationally, especially when he is low on supply. Although he is supposed to be running his motel, Hansel can frequently be found at sitting at the bar at the Rabbit’s Hole looking for his next indulgence.

On a trek to Rose Red’s grandmother’s house, the twins were separated from their father after an encounter with the Big Bad Wolf. Having brought bread to give to Red Rose’s grandmother, they left a trail behind them as they ventured further into the woods. They stumbled upon a cannibalistic witch’s house but managed to escape and find their way back home. After leaving the Homelands, Gretel began working as a Looking Glass Girl at the Rabbit Hole. Gretel is more rational and cunning than her brother, and it was by her insistence that he purchased the motel. Gretel is a co-owner, but she primarily works behind-the-scenes and allows Hansel to be the front-runner of the motel. Though, she quickly finds herself struggling to take the wheel after Hansel goes off the rails.

Character Bio: Kitty is the cunning partner of the March Hare and helps manage the Rabbit Hole when he is dealing with other matters. Not much is known about Kitty’s time in the Homelands besides her reputation as a trickster. She spent most of her time traveling around, causing mischief, and deceiving others to get what she wants. After fleeing the Homelands, Kitty began looking for a way into Fabletown’s power structure and eventually became the March Hare’s right-hand woman. She councils the Looking Glass Girls and teaches them to mislead their patrons into believing the fantasy they’re selling. She isn’t used to being under authority but has thus far proven herself to be loyal. However, old habits die hard, and Kitty soon finds herself overstepping her boundaries.

He was a notorious bad guy in the Homelands and that reputation has carried over with him to Fabletown. After meeting Rose Red in the Homelands his attitude shifted a little and he was less likely to eat other fables when he got angry. The two of them formed a close bond and Wolve convinced Rose to come to Fabletown with him to be safe from the Adversary. He partly works for the March Hare so he can keep an eye on her at the Rabbit Hole, although he may be looking too closely.

He lives in South Slums because the majority of his money goes towards keeping up his glamor. Chester has offered Todd glamors at a discounted price, but Todd claims to know better than to deal with the cat. Todd is known for his flirtatious relationships with the Looking Glass Girls and generally takes nothing seriously. He is friends with Rabbit and has declined numerous invitations to join the Lost Boys, but that doesn’t stop Rabbit from calling in a few favors now and then.

Character Bio: Simon Kaa spent his days in the Homeland living in The Jungle in Neverland. He was the first hand and royal advisor to the Jungle’s King. He is also among the first generation of fables to inhabit Fabletown and has lived there almost as long as it has existed. He is extremely wise and his extensive knowledge of the town’s workings earned him a nomination for Fabletown Mayor. Although rumors of nefarious dealings with known criminals cast doubt on Kaa’s ability to lead Fabletown, he was eventually able to win over the masses -- though to what extent his hypnotic ability to bend others to his will played a part is a popular debate topic at the bar. He’s managed to stay afloat throughout his career, but he fears he’s about to drown when March Hare begins breathing down his neck about Hare’s suspected involvement in Cock Robin’s death.
