Welcome to the first semi-final of the third edition of Harmony Song Contest live from Montpellier, France! Kaky's victory last edition has brought us to France, and now it's time to begin the process of crowning a new winner of HSC.
The first semi-final has officially begun! 19 countries are competing for 10 esteemed spots in the final. You may begin sending your votes to Patrick319 for your top ten songs via Tengaged or Discord.
All 19 competing countries are required to vote in the first semi-final. Automatic finalists France, Ireland and Spain also vote in this semi-final. You vote by giving 12, 10, 8-1 points to your ten favourite songs. The 10 countries with the most points will advance to the final.
This edition also features a REST OF THE WORLD (ROTW) jury! If you are not allocated to vote in this semi-final, there is still an opportunity for you to influence the result. All additional votes received in this semi-final will be combined to generate one set of votes (1-12 points) that will be added to the final score. This feature is open to anyone not allocated to vote in this semi-final!
