Welcome to the final challenge of The Island!

This final challenge will be played in 2 portions, with an elimination in between those 2 portions.  Here’s how it works.

In each portion, there are 4 stretches of water you must paddle across as a team.  You will have four forums labeled Stretch #(1-4) in your team group.  To get across a stretch of water, you must get to 250 posts in that forum as a team. In between each stretch, there is a task a team member must complete.  There are exactly 3 tasks, and each team member must complete one, nobody can do 2.

So, it’ll go

Stretch #1 (250 Posts)
Task #1
Stretch #2 (250 Posts)
Task #2
Stretch #3 (250 Posts)
Task #3
Stretch #4 (250 Posts)
FINISH

After all 3 teams have completed Part 1.  The team times will be tallied, and the team with the FASTEST time will automatically move onto the 2nd part, while the 2 teams with the slowest time will go head to head in a 3 v 3 elimination matchup.  The winning team advancing to the 2nd part of the final, with the losing team being Third Place.

Part 2 of the final is the same as Part 1, but with different and harder tasks.  Whichever team has the lowest time from both parts combined wins The Island.

In addition, I’m introducing a twist based on the Stanford marshmallow experiment.  Each team will be given a token, and they can use that token to skip a stretch of 250 posts by saying *PLACES TOKEN* in that forum.  BUT, if they save their token for Part 2, they will get a SECOND token, and will be able to skip 2 stretches of water on the second Part.

So, do you use your token on the first part, to try and get a lead to avoid the elimination, or do you use two on the second part, to try and keep your overall time down?  It’s up to you.

Your team must schedule a time with me to complete part 1 of the final live.

This elimination is called “Spinning Wheel of Flash” and here’s how it works.

You’ve each been assigned three flash games.  You have 1 game in common with each opponent on the other team.  You are playing against that person.  In each matchup, whoever scores better will score a point.

Whichever team scores more points will win this elimination.  That’s out of 9, so you need 5.

Include your tengaged profile and score in your screenshot.  Honey is banned, and will be allowed to submit a screenshot with our Skype history as a replacement or a message saying temporary ban.

You have until Friday at 8 EST to submit your 3 scores.  Good Luck.
