I have to constantly put up with childish bullshit that can easily be solved but people are too stubborn and egotisical to compromise or just ignore each other. Its how a REAL company works. It how any successful organization works. People suspend egos for the greater good.

I never try to get involved though, its drama that isn't needed, it was never needed and its just bullshit. I wish people would either ignore it and be the better man, or just try to work through it, rather than throw a pissing match. Its all bullshit.
