I'm on a trip with my school, and my anxiety is flaring up. The whole depression thing really isn't helping, and my meds got lowered so I only can take them every now and then. I'm not quite sure what to do. None of the people on the trip truly consider me a friend, and I'm super scared right now.

I am sure there are one or two people on your trip who seem approachable, or you feel as though you can trust. I would try talking to one of them about how you feel or text someone who isn't there. Take a deep breath buddy you will be home soon!
Just breathe. You're going to be fine. You just have to calm yourself down by letting yourself know it's just anxiety. Find someone that's approachable and let them know how you're feeling. They'll definitely help you feel better and will look out for you.
