Survivor Paradox - Massive New Group Game Jan 7, 2019: IMPORTANT: YOU ARE READING AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR AN UPCOMING GROUP GAME. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL GROUP GAME. UNDIVIDED ATTENTION AND TIME IS AT THE VERY LEAST RECOMMENDED IF NOT REQUIRED FOR THE FULL EXPERIENCE.

The basics:

Applications are open immediately.

Game will begin 5 days after cast is notified.

Game will be 39 days.

Day Change is 00:00ZT, and runs on a 24-hour schedule.

This is Survivor Paradox: Niflheim.

Here is everything you need to know -

Who: An undisclosed number of castaways, hosted by SpartanX. Designed for players who want a great deal of interaction in games. Those who will go the extra mile to make this game memorable and take full advantage of what it has to offer. Players who want to solve the game within the game.

What: A 39-day adventure with 27 challenges, an undisclosed number of Tribal Councils, and a new innovative way to play. The entire game takes place in real time. Each day is split into 4 timeframes; morning, afternoon, evening and twilight. Each day, the ocean tides will change from high/low with new areas to explore depending on the tide. The weather changes daily, and has a profound effect on the game, like never before seen in the online environment.

Where: Hosted on both Zwooper and Discord, all are welcome and able to participate.

When: Applications will close on January 15 or sooner, depending on quantity and quality of applicants. Game will begin 5 days after cast is notified.

Why: The most interactive, innovative and creative game was created to change the way online reality games are played. A game destined to be turned into a series, there are NO Zwooper Mini-game challenges. Every challenge was never been done before, and requires time and energy. Players that take advantage at the size of the game, with plenty of secrets and hidden opportunities will do well.

Roles Definitions:

Applicants - any server member that has submitted an application either on Discord or on Zwooper and is awaiting notice if they have been casted.

Viewers - any server member who is observing the game, but is not a member of the staff or cast.

Castaway: an official member of the cast, invited as a contestant of this season of the series.

Ponderosa X-place: a Castaway who was voted out before the formation of the merge

Juror #X X-place: a Castaway who was voted out and is a member of the Jury

Pre-Game Rules:

1. Interested applicants will fill out the application in full, and will receive notice if they advance to the second half of the application.

2. Applicants may not discuss their application with others, other than the Hosts (SpartanX/Peyton)

3. If casted, applicants will fill out Player bios and will abide by all rules set in motion before game begins.

Game Rules:

1. The hosts have the final decision on all matters. If a situation occurs, it will be handled with respectfully and at the host’s discretion.

2. The game runs on real time, with a 24 hour clock lined to ZT (Zwooper Time, EST+5hrs)

3. Elemental changes in the game include weather, time of day, and tide level - all three presented elements will have a direct effect on the game.

4. Castaways will be required to submit one confessional per episode before each Tribal Council deadline. Failure to submit a confessional will receive a Strike against that castaway. Each strike results in a self-vote at the subsequent Tribal Council. At the Hosts discretion, at a minimum of 3 strikes, a castaway can be “medically evacuated” from the game.

5. There is to be no cross-tribe communication during the game. Players on opposing tribes may communicate as normal, but not in reference to this game.

6. Twists and challenges have all been pre-planned before applications have opened for the game. No aspects of the game will be adjusted to adapt for the cast or any circumstance regardless of the outcome of the game.

7. The game will be played on Discord and on Zwooper, thus, everyone is accessible and can be considered.

8. There is no Redemption Island; if you are voted out of the game, there is no second chance.

9. Applications will close without notice, castaways will be announced, and the game will begin 5 days after the castaways are notified.
