Miami can't be 4 because the Atlantic Division champion would have to be top 3... and that would be Toronto

BrendonByrne, I'm stil on the fence if i would have the rockets or warriors as the 4th seeds, but i stil feel like the rockets are the better team even without parsons, and i honestly can't see anyone else being good enough to make the playoffs in the easr. Maybe the pacers but they don't have their 2 best players so idk.
