QUESTION

Apr 17, 2021 by tycoon1234
I can drive home to Toronto where I "live" (the address aka my dads house where the government thinks I live) in a hot spot area = I can get the covid vaccine
HOWEVER then i'd have to quarantine for 2 weeks upon my return to school/work, and wouldn't be allowed back in the lab (my research wouldn't progress for 2 weeks)
I have other shit to work on.. another paper and presentation..
is it worth the drive home and loss of lab time/quarantine to get vaccinated? I could wait until its available in Kingston (the city i'm in now) but that could take 2-3 months and cases are bad
I'm highly highly leaning towards getting the vaccine ASAP and going home

Definitely email whoever you’re doing research for to see their opinion
