So, last semester this boy and I met on Grindr (haha). Both 21, and we both did our undergrads in psych and nsci. Have a lot in common, and clearly liked each other. He's a first year med student, and I'm in 4th year undergrad. We got along really well, talked a bunch. He invited me to his place for a party, and introduced me to all of his med friends (which was very intimidating for me haha). They were extremely nice, and I spent the night. He wanted to fuck, but I basically said we can if you want this to b a hookup, but if you wanna go on a date then lets wait. He agreed to wait. He'd continually be unresponsive, but still initiate convos and always send me messages like "I'm so sorry I'm being so aloof, I'm genuinely very interested in you but i'm so busy etcetc." I believed him bc he's a first year med student and all...
After the 2nd time we hungout the same thing happened. He'd keep saying "hey whats up!" to me and then just not respond to my response. It was weird. Then during exam szn he just died. I nicely called him out and he said he's never had so much to study and he promises he's not ghosting. Fair enough. Then over the break he texted me, snapped, and ig... but I was frustrated and didn't reply. I messaged him when I got back to school saying sorry I've been kinda cold, just been disconnected. He said no worries he's the same.. but since then he's been very aloof... not really responding. I'm just confused. Feel kinda ghosted, which he said he wouldn't do. I'd rather just get an "I'm not interested" than nothing.
Any advice about what to do? Just leave it? Or tell him how I feel and then move on if I need to? Sorry. Long rant. This is my break from writing my paper ;P

I would just leave it. Seems like either 1. He’s too busy with school for a relationship or 2. Is one of those types that acts really sweet just to get in your pants and isn’t interested if he thinks there’s not a chance of that happening
