JMac told everything to Meg and James, and they sounded leaning towards saving JMac over Steve. But they need to talk to Vanessa, which is happening right now.
From what I've seen, Vanessa is the one that actually wanted JMac here. She even told JMac about he's going to be evicted last night (which is supposed to be told this morning). She's voting out JMac only because she doesn't want the votes to be 4-1.
