If this doesn't scream peado/muderer/stalker/cult-leader i really have no idea what does. That advert might as well have the carpenters "we've only just begun" playing in the background, the song that defines obsession.
Who would even advertise specifically targetting people who are depressed? I mean when i'm looking for a mate to hang with i don't walk down the street looking for someone crying or cutting their wrists...i really don't.
Maybe it's just personal preference?? I'll give it a go, next time i find someone on the edge of a tall building considering jumping off, i'll ask him if he wants to be bffls! And we'll live happily ever after, until he a) kills me b) kills himself.
