I did lose 200 pounds, but I put 60 back on this last winter; it got hard after my dog passed away. I quit eating for a while, then started stress eating, i also had a lazy job. It's a combination... I'm going down south for a bit so hopefully I can sweat off that extra shit. But at least I'm being honest

You did so well! Weight is a battle so long as one uses food as an emotional crutch, but weight loss and weight sustaining becomes easy when you come to see food as something functional that you enjoy, as opposed to something you use for fun/pain relief. There's no particular way to get to that stage, but you will at some point, so don't sweat and don't get disheartened! :)
