Thanks for all the feedback, comments, plusses, etc to everyone who watched! I had a lot of fun filming and making the premiere and I'm super excited to bring more of this season. The next few eps might not match the greatness of the premiere, but this season has a TONNN of great stuff to come and I love how it plays out.
I decided that I'll do a Q&A blog after each episode to see if people want to ask things/my opinions at the time/anything. I won't tag the world in it, so just keep an eye out for it after I post the episodes. So if you have questions or anything, or more comments, ASK THEM BELOW!

3 - Opinion on Sherry flipping her tribe in order for her to stay?
VintagePoop I'll either tag you or mail you--as far as I'm aware there's still a limited number of tags that work, otherwise I'd just tag everyone.
In terms of Sherry, I mean, what opinion is there to have other than that it was awesome? I don't take sides as the host obviously, but I still root for certain outcomes and I really wanted Sherry to stay, it was brave of her to sign up to begin with and she fought really hard. I think Matt deserves some credit for it also, but Sherry's persistence really sparked it all--many other players who had much fewer disadvantages wouldn't have been as perceptive and would have gone down without a fight. I was so happy for her!
amf7410 a number of factors...I don't want to speak to the edit as a whole so I'll just focus on specific factors. It comes down to I put all the confessionals in the right places and then figure out what works and sounds best. Nicola and Brandon both had good confessionals in the matter, and Mikey wasn't really as present in strategy talks for this one, he sort of went along with things. He also had a lot of confessionals talking about Priya going out and getting blindsided that would have spoiled the outcome, so I couldn't include it.
I am pretty sure he was shown during voting though, putting his vote in the urn. Yeah I just checked, right at around 1:11:55
zed55 I was really excited about Sherry, Evan, and Katie from their casting interviews. Nicola I was really excited for because I always wanted to see her play again. Rene and Priya were two others I saw a lot of potential in. But I was pretty excited about the whole cast in different ways.
It's a mix of recruiting, applications, publicizing, etc. But we had everyone go through interviews and then selected from that, and cut some people.
