Wolf's 2nd annual hunger games rules

Rules have been simplified this season

-ARROWS: everyone starts with 10, popups contain 5, only can have up to 15 at a time, 3 health lost per arrow
-HEALTH: Everyone starts with 100, 50 lost per fight lost, 50 lost per day inactive
-FIGHTS: no cornucopia, anyone can fight anyone, 12 hours to complete, fail to complete and you die
-XP: +1 XP per fight won, -1 XP per fight lost, each XP increases challenge score by 25%
-NO WEAPONS, NO SPONSORSHIPS, NO CORNUCOPIA, NO BUSHES
