-lie to myself, my parents, my friends, and people who I love and care about
-caused terrible delusions about people making me abandon people I was dating, people who I was friends with, and even people in my own family
-made me send death threats to people when it made me spin out of control
-made me physically, mentally, and emotionally hurt people that I love and care about
-makes it very hard to even maintain friendships
-caused me to nearly and even attempt to kill myself on multiple occasions
-compulsively lie to people
-made me permanently change who I am as a person and my own identity
Mental health is not talked about enough and I am willing to stand up for myself and anyone else who has a mental illusion because I know their struggle
