That is 11 full seasons (plus special shout out to Galapagos which had it's last few rounds at the beginning of January with chilltownbb7 masterfully playing his way to victory).
We visited 11 different countries on 5 different continents.
132 different players competed in the 11 seasons.
11 full seasons produced 10 different winners because Chastain became the second 2 time winner of Link's Survivor, an achievement that deserves special recognition.
Egypt and Vietnam both produced unanimous winners thanks to the exquisite gameplay of Gaiaphage and cunning of Sicnarf.
The Link's Survivor Hall of Fame was created and has seen 14 individuals inducted, so far.
Now for the fun bit. I thought I would celebrate all the wonderful achievements of 2013 by handing out some special awards. Remember these are entirely for fun, so don't take them too seriously... (he says knowing people will...)
So that has been a 100% serious look back at 2013. There is a lot to look forward to for 2014. We have Madagascar starting in January, followed by the season to end all seasons... Look forward to seeing you there!

It's funny how I got most improved, when my placement has gone down every time I played. However, I understand why I got it and am very glad for the recognition :)
Thank you sooo very much Link! I've played in different series and will play in many more in the future hopefully but Link's Survivor will always have the most special place in my heart. As far as group games go, it's my home and you made all that possible so thank you for the great honor. x3

Everything was fine until the false accusations came. I apologize for my outburst, but like I said in my very first comment that I wish I tried to actually play the game, but back then I didn't care enough to try. And I don't filter people...I can handle my own :p

I mailed everyone once and then a group of select people I sent out personal invites to. That is hardly excessive, it is possible you got the first one twice by mistake but it isn't like I was mailing you every hour begging you to play. A rationale person would expect a response, not to just to be ignored and a rationale person would just say no if they didn't want to play and "end the madness".
So perhaps you should just get over yourself skillzdatkillz since I would never have begged anyone to be in a season.
And by randomly attacking, one of the nicest and most popular people on tengaged, after he questioned your logic you have shown that what a good thing it is you weren't a factor in the season.
I'm honestly trying not to interfere, but I just hate the character assassination. themissinglink doesn't "beg" anyone to be on his season. He has and always had a plethora of players to create the most star-studded casts you can come up with. The only reason he could've messaged you more than once is that because instead of assuming that you're disrespectful and indirect, he gave you the benefit of the doubt and probably thought that you didn't get the invite. And it's very appalling to see you repay him by being so rude.
Thanks themissinglink for such a great year of Survivor. Playing once was nice, playing twice was nicer and winning was just fantastic. Looking forward to a great year to come!

And I'm glad I was part of that season because it made it that much more shittier because I took it from someone else who probably would have made it better. At first I was upset that I didn't participate but now I'm completely satisfied in myself for not doing anything in that season. It obviously upsets you and that makes me feel even better that I caused you grief. Happy New Year!
