Luckily for the Vuku tribe however, Spencer shockingly decides to quit the game so tribal council is cancelled.

The tribes merge.

Natalie finds a secret advantage: a vote steal that can be used up until the final 5.

Russell is targeting Tai because Tai has already betrayed his trust in the game.
Stephenie is targeting Ozzy because he's such a challenge beast.
Tai is targeting Rupert because he knows that he's already burned Russell, but he's immune, so his closest ally is the next best option.

Cirie is targeting Ciera for her cutthroat gameplay, and she is also close with some of the people Cirie wants to be more loyal to her.
Tai continues to target Rupert because Rupert wants him gone for betraying his trust early in the game.
Russell is targeting Peih-Gee because they have no relationship and she's playing under the radar, so there's no meatshield potential in her.
Stephenie/Tai want to vote Rupert.

Ciera is targeting Tai because they're no longer allies and she fears he's too likable to be at the end of the game.
Parvati is targeting Rick because he's been very impressive so far.
Natalie is targeting Yul because they have never quite seen eye to eye.

Ciera, Natalie, Russell, Stephenie, and Yul voted for Parvati, but all votes were negated.
Against her alliance's wishes, Cirie votes for Ciera, along with Parvati, Jerri, and Rupert.
Another random quit lol, but Jerri repaying Parvati's favor in HvV years later with an idol play on HER plus Cirie refusing to vote against her former ally would make for an awesome moment.
