Apr 21, 2020 by survivornerd
For this cast, I took the spirit of the first Game Changers cast and included some legends that I want to see return, as well as some fun WTF picks who were out in the premerge and things like that.

Episode 15
The merged tribe's dynamics were: Jay has an idol. Alexis and Ryan had a tight alliance, as did Angelina and Mari. Alecia, Josh, Nadiya, Vince S, and Wendy had a five person alliance from Sanaapu, despite Alecia just voting against Josh. At the Survivor auction, Debbie wins a clue to a hidden immunity idol. Ryan and Vince bonded over getting nothing at the auction. Mari wins the first individual immunity. Alexis wants to finally get rid of Debbie, and Ryan goes along with it. Vince M wants to see Wendy go since the two never saw eye to eye, and Angelina and Mari were in on that plan. Wendy got the 5 person Sanaapu alliance to go after their former ally Vince Moua after it appeared he wasn't with them, and they thought that he could possibly be an easy vote for everyone. Jay and Shirin sided with Ryan and Alexis in wanting to take out Debbie. Jay thought that Vince M was on their side, so he played his idol for him, negating the 5 votes from Sanaapu. This left just the votes from the old Vavau tribe, with Vince, Debbie, Angelina, and Mari voting Wendy, and Jay, Shirin, Ryan, and Alexis voting Debbie. On the revote, all of Saanapu decided to target Debbie since she had gotten the idol clue in front of everyone, and Wendy was apart of their alliance, sending Debbie out 8-3.

Episode 16
Jay and Shirin have a fight over who they think they can trust and who they should side with. Wendy's gameplay is impressing people considering her poor outing in her last season. Josh and Shirin bond strongly over being some of the strongest gameplayers of the season. The duo of Jay and Shirin joined the duo of Angelina and Mari, as well as Sanaapu reject Vince Moua, and they formed a fivesome, leaving Ryan and Alexis out due to their ability to turn on allies. Josh won immunity, which was good for him as he was seen as the kingpin of the Sanaapu 5. The Sanaapu 5 wanted Angelina out since she was not a trustworthy player and she was in a good spot in her alliance, while the Vavau 5 wanted Vince Sly out since they wouldn't expect it if they had an idol. This left Ryan and Alexis in the middle. They decided it would be best to stick with their tribe and keep that numbers advantage, sending Vince Sly out of the game, 7-5.

Episode 17
Alexis, Jay, Mari, Vince Moua, and Wendy win a reward of tea and letters from home. Nadiya and Ryan bond over knowing that they aren't the most ingrained people in their respective alliances. Angelina and Mari bicker over what their next move should be. Josh sees the Sanaapu alliance as a sinking ship and is willing to turn on them, and Alecia, Nadiya, and Wendy see Josh as a big meatshield but they're willing to turn on him if need be. Alecia was able to win immunity. Wendy wanted to get rid of Shirin, so Alecia and Nadiya were down for that. They tried to get others to flip on Shirin, particularly Alexis and Ryan. However, Alexis and Ryan worked with the Vavau alliance once again, and Josh flipped, and they were able to split the votes on Wendy and Nadiya. They decided that Wendy was the bigger threat out of the 2, and Wendy was sent out, and made the first member of the jury.

Episode 18
Nadiya immediately tried to forgive Josh and bury the hatchet as to not burn that bridge yet. Nadiya also continued to bond with Ryan. Alecia wins her second consecutive immunity, and the four worst performing players in the challenge are sent to Exile Beach. Angelina, Mari, Shirin, and Vince Moua. No one found the idol on Exile Beach, however. Nadiya wants to get rid of Shirin as she feels Shirin isn't TOO attached to anyone and she feels if she can flip the vote onto anyone, she can do it to her because Nadiya is in hot water this round. However, the numbers continue to Pagong the Sanaapu alliance, and Alecia loses her only ally in Nadiya by a vote of 8-2, making Nadiya the second member of the jury.

Episode 19
Alexis, Angelina, Jay, and Shirin win a reward of a Sunday roast with meats, breads, and wine. Angelina and Shirin go to Mari and Vince M and they decide that Jay is too big of a threat to keep around for much longer, and they choose to stop working with him. Angelina gets stressed out over all of the alliance's turmoil and has a meltdown. Josh and Mari see each other as similar gameplayers and bond over it. Vince M and Josh both see each other as flippers and they get into an argument over who was truly responsible for the death of the Sanaapu alliance. Alecia wins her third immunity in a row, throwing the majority alliance's plans into disarray. Jay felt like the majority alliance as turning on him, so he convened with Josh, Alecia, and Ryan and Alexis for who they should vote against. Shirin, Vince, Mari, and Angelina thought they had it set up for where they could split votes on Jay and Josh and take Jay out, however, the other 5 decided to blindside Angelina onto the jury, shocking the other 3.

Episode 20
After that blindside, Mari, Shirin, and Vince M went looking for the idol everywhere. Shirin was able to find it before anyone saw her. Vince M thinks that Mari has the idol which leads to an interrogation and lots of frustration from Mari, and since the trust was gone, Mari ironically goes to Shirin, who has the idol, and tells her that they can no longer work with Vince. Ryan wins immunity. Somehow, Alecia has been able to fight this long and no one was concerned with getting her out. Shirin knew that Jay knew that they had turned on him, so she wanted to get rid of him as soon as possible. While Josh saw Vince M as somebody who wouldn't work with him, so he wanted him out. Vince Moua and Jay were supposed to vote against each other, but both decided that they would refuse to, so Jay threw his vote on Shirin while Vince threw his vote on Josh. Ryan and Alexis worked with Josh to try and take Vince out, while Alecia joined Mari and Shirin in going for the biggest immunity threat, Jay. On the revote, no one budged, which meant that they were going to rocks. Ryan was safe since he had won immunity, and Jay and Vince M were safe since they got votes. Unfortunately for Alecia, she pulled the white rock, and just after she had gone on an impressive immunity run.

Tune into the sixth and FINAL part (I promise). How will the tribe dynamics shift after a random draw decided the most recent castaway eliminated?
